• Media metadata (captions, media URLs) required to post content you request.
• Operational logs (timestamps, request IDs, error messages) for debugging and security.

2. How We Use Data

To authenticate with TikTok on your behalf, upload media, publish posts, and provide requested automation features. We do not sell personal data.

3. How We Store Data

Tokens are stored securely (encrypted at rest) in our automation platform/system environment. Access is limited to authorized personnel.

4. Retention

Access tokens are short‑lived and refreshed as needed. We retain minimal logs for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion or law requires longer retention.

5. Sharing

We share data only with TikTok (to perform the posting you request) and with service providers that help us operate the automation (e.g., hosting). We require security and confidentiality obligations from such providers.

6. Your Rights

• Revoke TikTok authorization at any time in TikTok settings.
• Request access or deletion: email support@wimanair.com.

7. Data Security

We apply technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, least‑privilege access, and monitoring. However, no method is 100% secure.

8. Children

Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the age required by your local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the revised date and, where appropriate, notify you.
